Hadrian is hiring a Welding Engineer to develop, qualify, and optimize welding processes for automated factory systems producing aerospace and defense components. The role covers laser, GTAW, orbital, resistance, GMAW, friction stir, and plasma welding; high-performance alloys; production-scale welding procedures; NDE and inspection; and compliance with aerospace, defense, and maritime standards. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials field and at least two years of welding engineering or weld-process-development experience. The target salary is $120,000-$250,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), equity, and other benefits.
