Description
The Welding Engineer validates electric arc, resistance, laser, GMAG, and drawn arc welding processes, along with mechanical and ultrasonic testing, to ensure conformity with international standards. The role also provides preventive and corrective maintenance for MIG, electric, and laser welding equipment, interprets welding standards, and supports process safety and quality. Candidates need a technical or engineering degree, four years of automotive-industry experience in a similar position, knowledge of welding and steelmaking processes, and intermediate English.
