Magna is hiring a Welding Engineering Coordinator to support Formet and customer quality requirements by developing and validating weld processes, leading project launches, troubleshooting robotic welding systems, creating weld documentation and PPAP packages, and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires welding education or equivalent experience, at least two years in automotive welding engineering, and experience with gas metal arc, spot, nut, and laser welding plus industrial robots. The position offers a base salary of $88,438.97 to $91,031.40 CAD annually and includes medical and dental benefits after one month of employment.
