Lincoln Tech's Melrose Park campus is hiring part-time Welding instructors to support student-centered learning in classrooms, labs, and shops. The role involves subbing for instructors, tutoring students, delivering lesson plans, maintaining a safe and orderly environment, and handling attendance and grade records. Candidates need at least 3 years of pipe welding/structural welding field experience, proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick, FCAW, and plasma cutting, strong communication and presentation skills, a high school diploma or GED, and flexible availability Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays.
