Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time Welding Instructor at its Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center in Morganfield, Kentucky. The role teaches youth aged 16–24 welding processes including SMAW, GMAW, GMAW/Spray, FCAW, FCAWS, and GTAW under the D.1.1 structural welding code, while also counseling students, coordinating with staff, developing lessons, maintaining a safe training environment, and completing assessments and documentation. The position pays $48,000 annually, offers health, dental, vision, prescription drug, and life insurance, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, American Welding Society or American Society of Mechanical Engineers certification, boiler and pressure vessel code knowledge, and a valid driver’s license; teaching experience is preferred.
