Bucks County Community College is seeking experienced welding professionals to join their team as part-time evening instructors in their growing industrial skills program. These contract-based positions offer flexible schedules and the opportunity to train adult learners in a state-of-the-art facility. The role involves teaching and mentoring students in various welding processes and techniques, developing lesson plans, tracking attendance, assessing student progress, maintaining equipment, identifying necessary supplies, and fostering teamwork, professionalism, and workplace communication skills.
