Bosch Home Comfort Group is hiring for a welding-focused production role operating state-of-the-art welding robots and performing manual welding using electrode and MAG processes. The job includes loading production systems with components, setting up and operating machines per plan, handling TPM and 5S activities, and detecting and correcting welding defects through rework. Candidates with initial welding experience or strong technical aptitude are welcome, and a welding certification is advantageous but not required. The role requires structured, independent, quality-conscious work and willingness to work in a three-shift schedule.
