Description
Machina Labs is hiring a Welding Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, validate, and improve welding processes, tooling, fixtures, equipment, and production methods for complex metal assemblies. The role leads manufacturing engineering initiatives, supports product introduction through full-rate production, performs quality and process capability analysis, conducts root-cause investigations, and provides technical leadership to manufacturing, production, and quality teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least three years of manufacturing or welding engineering experience, with aerospace, defense, robotics, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred. The work is performed in both engineering office and manufacturing environments, and the role requires access to ITAR- or EAR-controlled information.
