The client in Hagen is hiring a welding pre-fabrication/prepper to prepare raw materials, cut, grind, drill, bend, tack-weld, assemble, and test pressure-vessel components, and support heat-treatment and maintenance work. The role requires a completed three-year trade or technical apprenticeship, 1–3 years of professional experience as a welding prepper, technical-drawing literacy, and crane and forklift licenses, which can be obtained before starting. The assignment is long-term with possible conversion, mentoring, bonuses, and varied work.
