Description
The role develops manufacturing processes, primarily laser welding processes, and coordinates development activities while defining technical requirements for manufacturing equipment. It also provides technical consulting on welding-compatible interface design, supports simultaneous engineering, and conducts knowledge transfer and training. The position requires welding technology experience, preferably laser welding, materials science knowledge, and a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, or a comparable program.
