Description
Konvert is hiring a full-time Welding Robot Operator to operate and monitor welding robots in a production workshop, set up machines, perform quality checks, resolve simple malfunctions, complete additional manual welding, and pass finished products to the next stage. The role requires technical insight, accuracy, a solution-oriented approach, willingness to work two shifts, fluent Dutch, and preferably prior production or welding-robot experience. The position includes in-house training, a permanent-contract option after a successful interim period, and career advancement opportunities.
