QPS GmbH is hiring a Welding Robot Operator for a metal and electrical company in Bamberg. The role involves independently operating, setting up, and releasing welding systems; programming corrections and new setups; dimensional and visual quality checks; preparing and processing production orders; manufacturing parts in series production; and performing tool changes. Candidates need completed metal-profession training, basic welding and robot-operation knowledge, quality awareness, willingness to work three shifts, and German language skills. The position offers an indefinite employment contract starting from day one, an hourly wage starting at €17, vacation and Christmas bonuses, commuting subsidies, and occupational health checkups.
