The Welding Robot Operator reads welding instructions, operates and programs welding robots, implements and optimizes welding processes, and follows quality requirements. The role requires proactive, flexible, and reliable teamwork, preferably experience with welding robots such as Cloos, vocational training in the metal sector, and willingness to work early and late shifts.
