The Welding Robot Operator will control and monitor welding robots in production, inspect welded components, adjust welding parameters, diagnose technical issues, collaborate with other production departments, and follow safety and quality standards. The role requires technical understanding, initial practical machine-operation experience, and flexibility for shift work; career starters with basic knowledge are also welcome.
