The Welding Robot Operator will assemble truck axles in a technically demanding production environment in Bessenbach. Responsibilities include performing assembly work, setting up and optimizing machine parameters, implementing quality assurance and troubleshooting, carrying out maintenance, and coordinating with other departments. The role requires technical training, preferably in locksmithing or metalworking, basic knowledge of automated manufacturing, teamwork, communication, willingness to work three shifts, and an independent working style; technical drawing reading is advantageous. Compensation can reach up to €25.23 depending on qualification, with shift allowances and additional benefits.
