The employer is hiring an Offline Robot Programmer to create, maintain, and optimize welding robot programs offline, monitor welding quality, improve cycle times and material usage, resolve technical deviations, document changes, and report progress. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, knowledge of welding techniques, familiarity with 3D drawing packages and digital tools, and fluent Dutch and English communication. The position offers day shifts, training, meal vouchers, leave, and a permanent contract after a successful interim period.
