The client in Genk is hiring a full-time, permanent Welding Robot Programmer for a day-shift position. The role programs, sets up, optimizes, tests, and troubleshoots Panasonic welding robots; translates technical drawings into welding programs; supports production and engineering; guides operators; prepares work instructions; and trains new operators. The position requires prior welding-robot programming experience, technical knowledge of welding techniques, problem-solving ability, and experience motivating employees.
