CV-Tek is hiring a hands-on Welding Supervisor to lead its 2nd Shift manufacturing team of welders and CNC machinists. The role is approximately 80% TIG welding and fabrication work and 20% leadership, coaching, accountability, safety enforcement, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The position runs 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, includes paid 1st-shift training, offers overtime, and pays $32–$38 per hour. Required qualifications include strong TIG welding and stainless-steel welding experience, prior leadership or supervisory experience, blueprint interpretation, attention to detail, problem-solving, independent work, and a commitment to quality and safety.
