Description
The Welder will layout, assemble, weld, finish, inspect, and prepare metal products according to engineering designs and customer specifications. The role uses TIG and MIG welding, evaluates materials and weld joints, operates and troubleshoots welding equipment, performs quality inspections, maintains housekeeping, and may train less experienced employees. Requirements include a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; an associate degree or welding technology certification; 3–5 years of TIG/MIG welding experience; English fluency; physical ability to lift at least 30 pounds; and the ability to work overtime.
