The role operates welding equipment, sets up and performs aluminum welding, manufactures and tests parts, performs rework and development work, maintains documentation, inspects and deburs parts, and communicates shift requirements. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of related welding experience or demonstrated proficiency, an acceptable written and practical weld test, blueprint-reading ability, and U.S. citizenship; lifting, pushing, pulling, and grip-strength requirements are also specified.
