Precision, Inc. is hiring a full-time Welding Technician for its Precision Pulley & Idler division in Pella, Iowa. The role is on-site on the second shift and involves tack welding, welding, fabricating, repairing equipment and tooling, grinding, cleaning, beveling welds, using weld gauges, following technical documentation, maintaining quality and safety, and performing routine maintenance and housekeeping. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a welding certificate is recommended but not required. The position requires physical work involving bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.
