Description
IOTA GROUP is hiring a Well Performance Engineer to support a major Oil & Gas project in Gabon. The role monitors and analyzes oil, gas, water, pressure, and temperature data; identifies production decline and performance losses; optimizes well operating parameters; conducts nodal and well-performance analyses; manages well integrity; prepares stimulation, recompletion, and workover interventions; and collaborates with reservoir, project, drilling, maintenance, and HSE teams. The position is based in Port-Gentil, Gabon, with a December 2026 start date and a one-year renewable mission.
