Description
Smith Pump Company is hiring a full-time Well Service Crew Manager to lead a well service rig crew across Texas. The role combines hands-on pump installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer coordination with crew supervision, hiring, performance management, safety, and apprentice development. The manager must hold or be able to obtain the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Pump Installer license, have at least three years of pump field service or well service rig experience, and supervise a field crew. The position requires approximately 75% travel throughout Texas, outdoor field and rig work, and overnight travel.
