The Pfister Hotel is hiring a part-time, commission-based Esthetician for WELL Spa Salon. The role performs customized facials, skincare and body treatments, waxing, and specialty treatments; conducts guest consultations; maintains treatment rooms and supplies; educates guests on skincare and retail products; and builds guest relationships. Applicants need a current Wisconsin Esthetician License in good standing or the ability to obtain and maintain required licensing, along with strong skincare, sanitation, guest-service, communication, and scheduling skills.
