Description
The Wellbeing Supervisor will supervise and train spa and fitness team members, schedule spa appointments, manage guest check-in and check-out, support retail sales and billing, maintain facility cleanliness and operational readiness, oversee Wellbeing software and inventory, and resolve guest issues. The role requires at least one year of experience in a luxury hotel, spa environment, or luxury retailer, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
