Description
The Wellness Advisor advises recreational, medicinal, and caregiver customers on cannabis products, supports the customer lifecycle from check-in through checkout, and handles compliance, documentation, order verification, packaging, cash handling, inventory, and store organization. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, shift flexibility, strong interpersonal and consultative skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Part-time schedules are 15–25 hours per week, and the listed compensation is $16–$16 USD.
