Description
The Wellness Advisor advises recreational, medicinal, and caregiver customers on cannabis products, conducts consultations, verifies identification and documentation, processes orders, handles cash and point-of-sale transactions, maintains inventory and dispensary records, and follows state and company compliance and safety requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, strong interpersonal and consultative skills, and willingness to learn cannabis products and industry regulations.
