Comfrt is hiring a Wellness Content and Program Designer to serve as the subject-matter expert for evidence-based wellness content and gamified wellness programs. The role develops guided programs, challenges, educational tips, and motivational prompts; designs wellness frameworks; researches behavioral science and wellness trends; defines content guidelines; reviews user-facing copy; and collaborates with designers, developers, and product teams. The position requires at least three years of experience in wellness, health coaching, health education, or a related field, along with strong content creation, behavioral science, cross-functional collaboration, and AI content-tool skills.
