The Gallatin Valley YMCA is hiring a Wellness Coach in Bozeman, Montana to support the Health and Wellness Director by maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming wellness floor, orienting new members on cardio and strength equipment, assisting with group exercise classes, and helping ensure equipment is maintained. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days of hire, and availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends; a bachelor’s degree in a health/fitness-related field is preferred, while a high school diploma or GED is required.
