Description
The Wellness Concierge serves as the primary hospitality and concierge contact for the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club Sports Club. The role manages member and guest check-in, schedules fitness, wellness, recovery, and special programs, processes billing and retail transactions, provides facility tours, supports member onboarding and engagement, and coordinates member flow and service requests. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong hospitality and customer-service skills, and flexible availability; an associate's degree in a related field and relevant experience are preferred.
