Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Wellness Coordinator to support Prisma Health and provide community support services for underserved teammates in surrounding communities. The role uses needs assessments and the LiveWell platform to connect teammates with housing, food, legal, mental health, and other resources; assists with benefit enrollment and emergency-care-fund approvals; maintains community-partner relationships; and conducts follow-up meetings to track stability and program success. The position requires onsite availability for all shifts, including occasional weekends and nights, and prefers a bachelor’s degree, MSW or Certified Health Coach, and two years of healthcare experience.
