Mather Institute is hiring a full-time Wellness Curriculum Developer to translate research and best practices into wellness programs, facilitator guides, participant materials, presentations, articles, and other educational resources for older adults. The role collaborates with researchers, senior living professionals, residents, and community teams; supports program implementation, training, facilitator coaching, feedback collection, and research dissemination. It is hybrid, based at Mather’s headquarters in Evanston, Illinois, with regular travel to senior living communities in Illinois, Arizona, and Virginia. The position requires a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field and offers a salary of $82,500–$88,000 USD, along with benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans.
