Description
The Wellness Director will lead and supervise the wellness and group exercise programs at the Covington Family YMCA, including program planning, budget management, staff and volunteer recruitment and development, member and corporate-partnership recruitment, program pilots, reporting, community outreach, and marketing support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant health or exercise field and either 3+ years of wellness experience or 5+ years of wellness experience, along with supervisory experience and required fitness, safety, and background-check qualifications.
