Sukhino Float and Wellness is hiring a Wellness Guide to work 4–5 days per week at its New Albany, Indiana locations, including evenings and weekends. The role provides holistic wellness services such as float therapy, halotherapy, infrared therapy, massage therapy, and red light therapy; checks guests in and out; schedules appointments; troubleshoots equipment; answers inquiries; sells services and products; and maintains a clean environment. Compensation starts at $12 per hour during onboarding and increases to $13 and then $14 per hour plus tips and commissions after completing onboarding and learning requirements, with potential average earnings up to $20 per hour on busy shifts. The position requires physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, carry up to 50 pounds, and work in wet, slippery environments.
