Description
The Wellness Navigator leads and oversees medically integrated fitness programs at The Centre Powered by Phelps Health. The role supervises fitness staff and personal trainers, manages physician approvals and participant assessments, coordinates provider outreach, maintains PowerForce records, communicates with referral sources, supports member transitions, and ensures customized exercise programs and accurate reporting. It requires a bachelor's degree in a health-related, exercise science, kinesiology, or physical education field, at least two years of fitness or wellness experience, CPR/AED certification within 90 days, and NCCA-accredited certification; a master's degree and ACSM clinical exercise physiologist certification are preferred.
