The Experience Senior Living Team seeks a Wellness Nurse to join their team. The Wellness Nurse will serve as a Charge Nurse, contribute to medication management, maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities, train care partners, assist residents with medication, implement care plans, document accurately, handle incidents, and manage emergency situations. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and adherence to company policies.
