Spring Arbor of Crossville is hiring a full-time and PRN Wellness Nurse (LPN) for the overnight 2pm–10pm shift in senior living. The role supervises care delivery, leads non-licensed associates, provides resident care and medication administration, responds to changes in resident condition, and performs first aid as needed. Applicants must hold an active LPN license, CPR/AED certification, at least one year of LPN experience in a senior care setting, and pass a criminal background screening.
