Alto Clermont is hiring a part-time Wellness Nurse (LPN) for day-shift openings in its Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role provides clinical oversight and resident care, administers medications and treatments, monitors resident health, communicates updates to the oncoming team, and supervises non-licensed care associates. Applicants must hold an active Florida LPN license, be at least 18, be CPR/AED certified, have at least one year of LPN experience in a senior care setting, and pass a criminal background screening. The position is based at 1601 Hooks St, Clermont, Florida, with 1st and 2nd shift availability and hours ending by 3:00 p.m.
