Arvida is hiring permanent part-time Wellness Partners to support older residents in independent living and aged care. The role involves personal care, encouraging resident-led decision-making, observing and documenting health conditions, and participating in ongoing training. The position offers seven shifts per fortnight from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., requires Level 0–2 experience, and includes rostered weekend and night shifts.
