Description
Glenmeadow is hiring a Wellness Program Assistant to organize and implement social, recreational, physical, and wellness programs for older adults, including residents with dementia. The role leads group activities and outings, conducts wellness assessments, collaborates with caregivers and community partners, manages program logistics, supports events, monitors resident safety and condition changes, and enters programs into GoIcon. The position reports to the Director of Wellness, requires a college or technical certificate or related experience, and offers $18–$19 per hour or per diem.
