CSPNJ is hiring a part-time Wellness Associate to provide supportive services and residential counseling to guests in a mental health wellness respite program. The role includes charting treatment information, maintaining service records, developing coping strategies, advocating for community resources, and supporting guests’ recovery goals. The schedule is Friday and Saturday from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., with an hourly rate of $19.23 to $22.12 and medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and holiday benefits.
