Description
The role supports the development of DevOps guidelines and best practices for hardware-close development teams, researches and documents Industrial DevOps concepts, maintains process and skill documentation, prepares workshop and team onboarding materials, and may model requirements in Dalus or similar SysMLv2 tools. The position requires a degree in engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field, interest in agile methods, structured independent work, and German and English proficiency; technical documentation experience is advantageous. The employer offers guidance from an experienced Systems Engineer and training in Industrial DevOps, MBSE, Lean Agile, requirements engineering, system architectures, and agile project management.
