Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring an experienced semiconductor wet etch process engineer to develop, optimize, characterize, and integrate wet etch processes for VCSELs, photodiodes, and edge-emitting lasers on GaAs and InP substrates. The role involves wet etch chemistry and selectivity optimization, metrology-based process verification, troubleshooting, SPC/DOE-driven improvement, equipment and automation evaluation, documentation, process transfers, and mentoring in a cleanroom and hazardous-chemical environment.
