Description

The Change Development Engineer will develop, characterize, and optimize wet, ash, and scrub unit processes for FEOL and BEOL semiconductor devices to support volume production. The role leads process and device improvements through characterization, testing, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation; collaborates with process, integration, reliability, packaging, and test engineers; and works with product groups to optimize processes for device performance and manufacturability. The position requires a master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related engineering field and at least two years of experience developing wet-clean, ashing, or scrub processes from development to production.
