Micron Technology is hiring a Process Development Engineer for its Singapore Technology Development team to support the deployment of advanced NAND technology nodes. The role focuses on developing and optimizing unit processes, improving yield and quality, conducting experiments and hardware evaluations, integrating new technologies, monitoring and controlling processes, and leading multi-functional technical projects. Candidates must have a PhD in Materials Science, Chemical/Microelectronic Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field, at least one year of research and development experience, and strong knowledge of chemistry, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, mass transport, data analysis, and design of experiments.
