Description
The Regional Wet Technology Manager provides regional technical and people leadership for wet extrusion (WET) technology across North America and virtual support to Rapid Growth Markets. The role owns regional deployment and conformance of WET product and process specifications, leads cross-functional industrialization, validation, commissioning, and complex technical problem solving, and develops a high-performing technical team. It requires a science, engineering, or related technology degree, at least five years of relevant food technology experience, at least two years of people leadership experience, factory experience, and R&D or quality and food safety engineering experience; an M.S. degree and Lean Six Sigma certification are preferred. The position is onsite.
