Description
The employer is seeking a Cambodian-based English-Khmer interpreter to provide real-time, accurate, and confidential interpretation for live phone interactions across customer service, healthcare, insurance, government, utilities, financial services, travel, transportation, and emergency situations. The role is remote, requires a professional home workspace, and follows a 40-hour weekly night-shift schedule with 8-hour workdays, a one-hour break, rotating off-days, and availability for public holidays. Candidates must be based in Malaysia, have English and Khmer proficiency, strong listening and communication skills, and access to a smartphone or laptop. Compensation is RM30 per hour, with SOCSO and EPF contributions, overtime compensation, leave entitlements, training, and a night mentoring allowance.
