Description
The role manages semiconductor technology projects with Chinese foundries, covering power discrete or BCD technologies, internal customer relationships, yield, quality, reliability, supplier performance, process changes, nonconformity management, crisis and excursion resolution, and new technology or process qualification. It requires five years of front-end fab manufacturing experience, a relevant engineering degree, strong communication and teamwork skills, fluency in English and Mandarin, cross-functional collaboration, and regular travel to foundries abroad.
