Description
The Data Scientist Associate Senior will independently frame complex workforce planning problems, develop and productionize AI/ML and statistical models, and support real-time inference and decision-making across consumer and community banking operations. The role requires a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience or a doctorate with 1+ year of experience, hands-on model development, strong mathematical and theoretical understanding, and proficiency in Python, R, or Scala along with big-data technologies. The position is full time, five days per week in the office, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
