Description
Wabtec is hiring a Wheel Chock Assembler to safely operate pneumatic and handheld tools, identify and disassemble defective products, reassemble products with replacement parts, inspect and test products before packaging and labeling, and support assembly, packaging, paperwork, housekeeping, and basic maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, related manufacturing experience or training, mechanical and lean manufacturing skills, forklift operation, basic math and measurement skills, physical lifting, rotating-shift and overtime availability, and adherence to safety procedures. The starting hourly rate is $21.00 per hour.
